I. Return Period
Buyers may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods; Return applications will not be supported after this period.
II. Return Conditions
To apply for a return, the following basic requirements must be met:
The product must be in good overall condition (no serious stains or damage);
The original packaging should be retained as much as possible (complete perfection is not mandatory); Valid order information must be provided.
III. Opened Return Instructions (Important)
To improve user experience, returns are supported after opening;
Even if the product has been opened and used, it can still be returned provided it does not affect basic recycling;
Obvious stains, odors, or severe signs of use may affect the refund amount or result in rejection.
IV. Returns Due to Quality Issues
Returns or exchanges are accepted for goods with the following conditions:
- Obvious damage or cracking
- Abnormal filling or severe deformation
- Significant discrepancy from description
- Please provide photos or videos as proof within 48 hours of receipt.
- Upon confirmation, return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
V. Returns for Non-Quality Issues

- Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
